Import Journal Data to Happyfeed
Are you considering a move from another app to Happyfeed but worried about losing all your old data? We've built a tool to turn your exported data from that old app into moments on Happyfeed. You'll be able to see them in your journal, throwbacks, and calendar - just like all your other memories.
Currently, we have confirmed support for importing from:
- Presently
- Delightful
This is still an experimental feature due to the variety of data formats from other apps. Please reach out to us via email at [email protected] and we'll see if our current tools will work or we'll do our best to build a new one 😄
Import Data from Presently
You can easily import your journal entries from Presently to Happyfeed. First, you'll want to export your data in CSV format (similar to a spreadsheet) from Presently. Then, send us an email at [email protected] to receive a passcode for our importing tool.
Next, you can sign in with a new or existing Happyfeed account and navigate to the Import Tool page. You'll be able to drop your exported CSV file into a form and it will be scanned immediately for any errors. Then the tool will ask for your passcode and go ahead with the import.
Generally, in less than a minute, all your past Presently memories will be available in Happyfeed.
